Soak off gel top coat by StarGlow is the ideal top layer sealing in your gel polish and/or art work.
Directions for use: Apply one coat to freshly painted gel nail polish, and cure. Should you encounter a tacky feeling gently wipe with alcohol for a crystal clear finish.
