Shipping policy

Orders are shipped every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, in exception to Post Office closures for major Holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping and handling. If your order is processed on a shipping and handling day it will most likely be shipped the following day. 

*Important information to consider*

Your order may be subject to import taxes/duties, and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) when reaching the destination country and/or territories. Any and All fees imposed, are the customers responsibility. StarGlow and/or it's staff are NOT responsible for these charges and/or fees. Due to the complexity of International Laws and Regulations, these taxes and/or fees are not included in the International shipping fees paid upon checkout. Should an order be refused and/or undelivered due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you are responsible for the initial shipping charges and/or fees, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs charges, and/or taxes incurred in shipping and handling. Please be aware that orders will NOT be refunded due to unwanted additional fees and/or charges. Please be sure to check with your local shipping and handling couriers office for any duties and/or fees you might be liable for prior to placing an order.
